Test Tile Silicone Mold
Glaze testing is a critical task for any ceramic artist, but it can be very time consuming. Looking to speed up the process I created a castable test tile from a variety of different forms but was not satisfied with the size or lack of built-in glaze catcher.
This glaze test tile mold is perfect for those that develop crystalline glazes but can be used for any ceramic glaze. Simply cast with #1 plaster, make a slip from your clay body and cast all the test tiles you need.
